Our mission is to teach Christian living and provide the right environment for determined women to be successful. Helping women transition from where they are coming from to where they are going. Helping to transform lives into a clean and sober life in Christ.
Just like a seed, if you lay it on the ground, in the sun and do not place it in the environment that God intended it to be in, it will dry up and be no good. Otherwise if you put the same seed into good soil, water it and provide the proper amount of sun, it will grow and flourish into what God intended it to be. What made the difference is that the seed was in the proper environment. That is our vision at Beauty For Ashes, to provide the proper environment and skills to help women live a successful Christian life.
Psalm 107: 1-9 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
4 They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.
5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
6 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.
7 And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
8 Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
9 For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.
Our facilities are located in Panama City, FL. This program is limited to select individuals that have a genuine desire for a life change. We will accept applications and schedule interviews as space becomes available. Please note the following requirements before submitting an application:
-This is a drug and alcohol free program
-No employment allowed during the first phase of the program
-In phase II, after authorized employment is obtained, there is a reasonable monthly program cost to the participant
-Applicants must have a desire and determination to live a successful Christian life
-No intimate partners allowed on premises
-Participation in provided classes and groups is mandatory
-Weekly church attendance is mandatory
-Participants must display a positive and supportive attitude with the program staff and other members
-Must be responsible with all daily activities and duties
-Program length varies and is around an average of 18 months
